FAQs/Policies

  • To confirm availability for parking at our facility early and get the best rate, make your reservation online by clicking here.
  • If you book online and prepay, you will get the best rate.
  • We may accept same day arrivals, but availability is not guaranteed and rates are subject to change.
  • Please do not arrive at our facility before 9:45 am on the day of your departure as our staff and shuttles will still be attending to disembarking cruise passengers.
  • You may arrive no later than 1:30 pm
  • If for some reason you see that you will be arriving after 1:30 pm, please call our office for assistance at (321) 521-3690

Day of Embarkation / Departure: 

  • ALL PARTIES MUST CHECK IN at their cruise terminal before 3 pm.
  • You should arrive at the Port Parking Space facility no earlier than 9:45am or later than 1:30pm.
  • When you arrive, check in with our friendly staff.
  • Park your vehicle in your assigned parking space.
  • Proceed to the covered Shuttle Pick-Up Area with your luggage.
  • Don’t forget to lock your car and take your keys.
  • Board a shuttle – as directed – for a quick ride to your cruise terminal.
  • Make note of the shuttle drop-off area at the terminal.
  • Your driver will explain the post-cruise pick up procedure. 

Day of Disembarkation / Return: 

  • Make your way to the designated transportation pick up area in your terminal after desembarking the ship.
  • Port Parking Space shuttles will arrive on a rotating schedule to take you back to the facility.
  • There will be transportation ambassadors to answer questions and assist with luggage at all terminals except the Disney terminal.  Disney has their own ambassadors at their terminal
  • Look for shuttles with the Port Parking Space [show Logo here]
  • Shuttles will run frequently to ensure all customers are returned to their vehicles.
  • The shuttle will return your party with your luggage to our parking facility as expeditiously as possible.
  • There is no need to call our office unless you are unsure of where to go or you are delayed getting off the ship. If so you can reach us at (321) 521-3690

Our office is open 7 Days a week from 7:00am to 3:00pm. If you need to get in touch with us please call (321) 521-3690 and leave a message if the voicemail picks up or email us at info@devms.demo.netpark.us. We check the messages frequently and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • Cancellations more than one (1) day prior to scheduled arrival will receive a 100% refund.
  • Cancellations made the day before scheduled arrival or later will not receive a refund.
  • No Shows will not receive a refund.
